Cookie & Cream Brownies Recipe

So today we attempted to make cookie and cream brownies...

I mean the house hasn't burnt down so I think it's safe to say they turned out ok! Personally I think we enjoyed eating them more than baking them!

Ingredients

• Brownie Mix

(we used Paul Hollywood's Belgian Chocolate Brownie Mix)

• Oreos

• Cadbury Dairy Milk Oreo Bar

Equipment:

• Baking Tin

Method

1. Once you have the brownie mix prepared, pour half of the mixture into a baking tin and spread it out evenly.

2. Then gently press the oreos into the mixture.

3. Once you have done that, pour the rest of the mixture on top of the oreos, spreading it out evenly.

4. Then put into the oven for about 20-25 mins.

5. Once the brownies are out of the oven and has cooled, melt the cadbury dairy milk oreo bar in the microwave for about 30-50 secs.

6. Once the chocolate is fully melted, carefully drizzle it over the top of the brownies.

7. Then to finish cut the brownies into even pieces and get ready to eat them!
